Job Description:

  • We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher with excellent communication skills.
  • With customer service skills to accurately receive and record spoken information and determine escalation for technician dispatch.
  • You will receive requests, enter that information into our system, dispatch technicians in an orderly fashion, and track vehicles/technicians.
  • You must be able to represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.
  • The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator as you will be the middle man between client and technician.
  • In addition, you must be able to multitask and take the appropriate action with little supervision.
  • The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in dispatch, customer service, or other relevant positions.
  • Knowledge of the industry is valued but not required
  • Positive attitude and leadership qualities
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant dispatch software
  • Fast typing with experience in data entry
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in English (Oral & Written)
  • Multitask abilities
  • Outstanding organization skills
  • Sound judgment and critical thinking skills
  • High School Diploma
  • Drug-free workplace-random drug tests.
