On Thursday, October 7th, 2021, Versa Drain, Inc. completed a new grease trap installation on Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota, Florida 34239.

A long-time client of Versa Drain, Inc. was notified by the county that they would need to install a grease trap at one of their locations off Bee Ridge Rd. Versa Drain, Inc. performed a sewer inspection with locates to map out the existing plumbing in the coffee shop. Versa Drain provided gathered information to the plumbing engineer and worked closely with them to identify the most field-appropriate and cost-effective way to reroute the plumbing system and install a grease interceptor.

Since this was a new grease trap installation, Versa Drain excavated part of the women’s restroom to separate the brown (restroom) lines from the gray (kitchen/grease) lines. A polyurethane GB-75 was installed outside near the trash enclosure to allow easy servicing. Our team connected new plumbing lines to the grease trap and reconnected the sewer lines. We were able to schedule this project with little impact on the facility and no store closure.
